Kids R Home 2020 Registration

Kids R Home offers a Parents’ Morning Out program for children 8 weeks to 35 weeks by September 1, 2020, where infants & young toddlers can play, explore, & create in a safe & loving environment. Teachers engage children in developmentally appropriate activities including art, story time, music/movement, & outdoor play.

How did you hear of our program?

Should the child named above suffer an injury or illness while under the care of FPC, & the Director of the Parents’ Morning Out Program is unable to contact me immediately, FPC shall be authorized to secure medical attention and care as may be necessary. We assume responsibility for payment of services. We authorize Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta or Piedmont Hospital to provide emergency treatment. We understand that these hospitals may route an emergency vehicle elsewhere if they cannot accommodate the ambulance. We agree to keep the school informed of changes in telephone numbers.

In accordance with Bright From The Start – GA Department of Early Care and Learning, I understand that FPC's Parents’ Morning Out program is exempt from state license as follows:290-2-2-.05(e)5 Mother’s Morning Out or similar programs which operate for no more than four (4) consecutive hours per day for no more than two (2) days per week or which limit attendance to no more than eight (8) hours per week per child.
